Q: What do I have against Microsoft and Bill Gates? Isn’t all this just childish whining about not being extremely rich and successful?
A: Microsoft software is at best mediocre in quality (and I certainly don’t want mediocracy in computer operating systems, not even in the applications I work with daily). In spite of this, by using lots of dirty tricks, they have gained a stranglehold on the computer industry. They do deserve criticism, and lots of it! Humor and satire have throughout history been acknowledged as one of the best (and most insidious) methods of criticism.
Microsoft uses ”One World, One Web, One Program” as a slogan.
Doesn’t that sound like ”Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Führer” to you, too?
